Great Keppel Island is a bush walkers paradise, with 17 wonderful beaches to explore and an abundance of untouched, undeveloped tracks to discover. If you're looking to head out for a walk, check out a walking track map  and if you've never visited the island before, be sure to make sure to touch base with the island reception prior to departure and upon return. Please note that these tracks are not maintained and are mostly formed of goat tracks so can be rocky, rough and slippery in places. Good walking shoes are essential and always take plenty of water and sunscreen as when you leave the main path, there is no other development on the island so you will not bump into a shop or cafe!
